The Vietnam Archive at Texas Tech University in Lubbock TX, part of the Vietnam Project at TTU, is the country’s largest repository of Vietnam War-related material, outside of federal facilities. The Archive has some 20 million items in its collection, with over 2 million pages of documents and photos now available online.

One of the Archive’s goals is to more fully and accurately represent the US Coast Guard’s under-appreciated role in the Vietnam era. We need your help to make this important objective a reality. America’s premier research facility on the Vietnam era needs greater representation of the experiences of USCG personnel both during the conflict and as Vietnam-era veterans.

The Vietnam Archive welcomes all points of view on the conflict and its aftermath. It is generously supported by the State of Texas and the US government; the Archive does not solicit funds from any individual or organization. Our mission is simply to gather, preserve, and document as much material of all kinds as possible about the Vietnam conflict and the era in which it occurred. Please feel free to explore our research website:  http://www.vietnam.ttu.edu. We look forward to seeing you at the reunion!
